CPR - Level A
(previously
called 'Heartsaver CPR') |
Includes:
- First aid skills for caring for adults
- First aid treatment for Airway, Breathing,
and Circulation emergencies
- Public access AED use
Time Commitment:
5.5 to 6 hours Course Fee: $50

CPR - Level C
(previously
called 'Basic Rescuer CPR') |
Includes:
- First aid skills for caring for adults,
children, and babies
- First aid treatment for Airway, Breathing,
and Circulation emergencies
- Public access AED use
This is the minimum required level for health care
professionals (nurses, therapists, dental
assistants, etc.) and
First Responders.
Time Commitment:
6.5 to 8 hours
Course Fee: $50

CPR - Level HCP
(Health Care Provider level) |
Includes:
- First aid skills for caring for adults,
children, and babies
- First aid treatment for Airway, Breathing,
and Circulation emergencies
- Public access AED use
- Rescue Breathing
- Bag Valve Mask (BVM) use
This is a preferred level for some health care
professionals (nurses, therapists, dental
assistants, etc.) and
First Responders. Anyone can take this
course, but you should check with your
employer or school to find out if there is a
specific requirement to take this level.
Time Commitment: 7 to 8 hours
